oh wells...
school today was crappy...i like maths lesson.. but was pissed that i did everything wrongly.. sighs.. went to the gym after school...started a new routine today, i kinda of like it..
resistance
3.0 - 100 reps
2.7 - 50 reps
2.5 - 40 reps
brisk walking/running
20 mins incline 2% hill routine- walked 2.7 km
chest press.
60 pds 20 reps (set 1)
60 pds 10 reps (set 2)
cycling
7km 25 mins
back training/ vertical chest training.
70 pds front
50 pds back
yup thats all.. went home thinking..a lot.. thinking about a lot of stuff.. good and bad.. sigh..i really wonder..
